Master Freediving Course

Become a Master Freediver in Dahab!

If you’re an advanced freediver who wants to learn how to fine-tune your lifestyle and training so that you can approach elite freediving levels, then a master freediving course is for you. Through focused sessions, you’ll go to work on your static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight techniques and mental training skills.

Three main phases:

• Knowledge development about nutrition, relaxation and advanced breathing techniques.
• Confined water session to improve static and dynamic apnea attempts, including a no fins dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea of 3 minutes, 30 seconds and dynamic apnea of 70 metres/230 feet.
• Open water sessions to practice mouthfill equalization and perform warm-up and workup dives for free immersion and constant weight freediving. Goal – constant weight freedive of 27 metres/90 feet.

The course includes:

• 4-day master freediving course (either PADI Master Freediver, SSI Level 3 or AIDA 4*)
• Master freediving certification and certification card

*The course will be conducted either as a PADI Master Freediver Course, SSI Level 3 or AIDA 4* (depending on scheduling and instructor available) Note: for the PADI Master Freediver course the touch manual is an additional 45€. This manual covers all three PADI Freediver courses so you will only need to buy it once.

Pre-requisites:

To enroll in a master freediving course you must be at least 18 years old and have an advanced freediving certification from any approved freediving organization.
