Summer Rock Climbing in Dahab
From May to September, climbing is limited to late afternoon and early morning. Make the most of your time by camping overnight in the wadi:
- Climb 3pm to sunset
- Dinner and overnight camping in the wadi
- Breakfast
- Climb until 10-11am (varies by crag)
You’ll be back in Dahab before noon, and ready for a dip in the sea!
Which areas are best in summer?
- Waterfall: late afternoon from 3pm, or early morning
- Camel Canyon: has a slightly longer morning than Waterfalls
