Description

Do your EFR course in Dahab

Your EFR course (Emergency First Response) is a 1 day basic First Aid course. It’s the kind of course that everyone should take. Not just people in the diving world – everyone!

EFR teaches you how to respond to common medical emergencies in your everyday life with family, friends, neighbours and colleagues:

  • Choking
  • Burns
  • Cuts and serious bleeding
  • Sprains and breaks
  • Shock
  • Unconsciousness and loss of breathing
  • and more

Hopefully, you will never be faced with any of these emergencies. But if you are, you will know how to respond.

This course is open to non-divers and divers.

If you’re a AOW diver wanting to do your Rescue Diver course, you can also book EFR and Rescue Diver together.
