The underwater world is full of life, and the more you dive, the more you’ll want to know.

On the AWARE Fish ID course, you’ll learn about Red Sea fish and invertebrates, and learn more about the coral reef in general.

• Pre-requisite: PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or higher

What will you learn?

You’ll enjoy your dives even more when you recognize the creatures that you see and can identify the main fish families and their characteristics.

You’ll learn:

• How to identify characteristics of local fish families and species
• Fish survey techniques and strategies
• About Project AWARE activities that can help protect aquatic life

Credit towards Advanced Open Water Diver

If you’re not yet an Advanced Open Water diver, the 1st dive of your AWARE Fish ID course may credit as an Adventure Dive. Just 4 more, and you’ll be an Advanced Open Water diver!
